DESCRIPTION:
Featuring Osprey, Menhaden, and Widgeon grass.
This is a reflection of a few events along the lower Chesapeake Bay involving osprey and menhaden. Two hands represent as a ‘keeper’ of the salty marine life while an osprey and bits of widgeon grass remain nestled together. A group of Menhaden surround this piece showing the vital need to protect these fish, osprey and the Chesapeake Bay as a whole. This is hand-printed on Japanese Awagami Kozo or Somerset Satin papers sourced from the UK which are highly sought printing papers for this type of medium. This will be printed to order and will ship once the ink is dry.
